On a per room or per apartment basis, get a custom package prepared for you that includes: an overall design aesthetic (mood) , a floor plan with scaled furniture layout and a proposed furniture, lighting & accessory shopping list from standard retail vendors & manufacturers. This process will start with a phone consultation followed by a concept presentation then a final presentation where you will be given a PDF booklet with the whole package. Ideal for any room in need of a refresh or the discerning renter who wants to love the place they live even if they don't own.

On a desired project scope basis, get a custom package prepared for you that includes: an overall design aesthetic (mood) , a floor plan with scaled furniture layout + Interior Architectural Services (finish & fixture selections + equipment & hardware selections) as well as construction drawings for Kitchen & Bathroom renovations, custom built-ins and more. We are also happy to coordinate with your architect &/or contractor! Also included is a proposed furniture, lighting & accessory shopping list from standard retail vendors & manufacturers. This process will start with a consultation followed by a concept presentation, then design development meetings as needed, followed by a final presentation where you will be given an 11x17 PDF design booklet with the whole package + construction drawings & specifications. Ideal for the discerning client looking for a streamlined efficient alternative to standard full service interior design.

What is the difference between Full Service Interior Design & Virtual Interior Design?
Full Service Interior Design involves larger scale projects and include in-person consultations, comprehensive project management, site visits, furniture procurement, and hands-on installation. Virtual Interior Design offers a more flexible, remote approach for one space at a time to create custom design plans and shopping lists that can be implemented on your own as time and budget allow.
How do I know which service is right for me?
To identify what service better suits you and your lifestyle, there are several key project factors to consider, including time frame, size and scope, budget, and level of involvement. How much do your design services cost?
We offer both Full Service Interior Design and Virtual Interior Design, each with its own pricing structure. We strive to ensure that our pricing remains competitive and reflective of the value and expertise we bring to each project. Our Virtual Interior Design Services are available at a flat rate, ensuring transparency and simplicity. For Full Service Interior Design, we charge an hourly rate that varies based on the project’s scale, complexity and scope. In general, Full Service Design Services typically account for approximately 20% of your overall budget. Once we receive your project details, we will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your specific needs.
How long does a typical design project take?
We move with the pace of the project. Virtual Interior Design projects typically range from 1 day to 6 months depending on the selected service package & project scope.start to finish. From there, the timeframe for implementation is up to you. Full Service Interior Design projects can take anywhere from two to four years to complete, depending on the level of detail, the size of the home, and the builder’s timeline.
Do you work with clients outside of your local area?
Yes! Remote projects are our specialty! Throughout Christine's 20+ years of experience she has worked with clients throughout the United States & Internationally (including managing large projects thousands of miles away -remotely from California). Recommended services will vary and be customized according to your location and project needs. We look forward to learning more about the place that you call home.
